BILLINGSGATE POST: The first indication that someone is “losing it” varies. That is why Dr. Vinnie Boombatz was called in by President Biden’s personal physician to administer a cognitive test on Biden. Dr. Boombatz, who comedian Rodney Dangerfield spoke highly of, was featured in many of Dangerfield’s rambling “I get no respect” routines.
If you haven’t heard of Dr. Boombatz; a little background: He received his Medical Degree from La Fontaine School of Medicine, which is located on Grand Cayman Island. It is a progressive school, with a curriculum designed to make people of various backgrounds feel welcome. It is also the college where Dr. Billingsgate earned his unprecedented twelve doctorates.
Vinnie, who grew up in the Bronx was a fast talking con-man, who liked the fact that La Fontaine med students did not have to take the Hippocratic Oath, which included the promise to “first, do no harm” or (primum non nocere).
Cognitive tests typically involve exercises that gauge short-term memory, attention and other key functions, and can be accompanied by a physical examination, such as gauging a person’s ability to perform rapid movements.
According to Dr. Vinnie, President Biden passed the test with flying colors. “He bombed the sum bitch!”
“When I asked him where his uncle was eaten by cannibals, he almost jumped out of his chair: ‘New Guinea!’ he yelled, knowing full well that he had aced the test.”
“As far as his ability to perform rapid movements, he did the ‘Joe shuffle’ for me. He didn’t fall down once. I gave him a clean bill of health.”
“In summary, he can do 4 and a half more years standing on his head.”
