Washington - In a last-minute deal to channel funds from Mexico into U.S. Treasury accounts established to fund the border wall between Mexico and the United States, Donald Trump disclosed that Santa Claus had agreed to provide one less Christmas gift to each Mexican family, and with the 5 billion dollars thus saved, would send the funds directly to the U.S.
"This will mean that, as I promised, Mexico will be paying for the Wall. This is great news for our taxpaying citizens", said Trump in a tweet over the weekend before Christmas. "The fake news has been proven wrong again, very sad for them", said Trump.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders, White House Press Secretary, will confirm details of the payment plan immediately after Christmas.
