Capitol Hill. The Senate today rejected President Donald Trump's nominee for the Kennedy seat on the Supreme Court. By a 41-51 vote, with eight senators abstaining, Circuit Judge "Bermuda Triangle" Kannanball was denied the prize he sought,
The crucial evidence was the telling FBI testimony from an as-yet-unidentified adult female, referred to only as the "furry woman" because of a revolting amount of facial hair. She told investigators a graphic and harrowing tale of years of grade school bullying and scorn by Kannanball because of her disorder.
The "furry woman" had originally contacted her state's senior senator, Ivar Held, Dem-Del, a known misogynist himself. Held had never been interested in the woman's rights, and ignored her July letter, in which she asked to testify against Kannanball at the judiciary committee's hearing. When the full Senate subsequently agreed to a week's delay in voting, so that the FBI could investigate existing charges, a Held staff member leaked the "furry woman's" confidential letter to investigators. That was lucky for the anti-Kannanball faction, because the FBI could not substantiate any other allegations against Kannanball.
Although he had ignored her complaint originally, Held took full credit for the leak that led to Kannanball's downfall. A skeptical Woof Blister, on CNN, noted that "Until now,
Held hath not liked a furry woman scorned."
