Washington - President Trump indicated in two tweets that he will pardon James Inhofe, the current senator from Oklahoma, in the next few days.
"Jim Inhofe is a great senator who has been horribly treated by Obama, Hillary and the Dems since he was able to disprove the Chinese hoax of global warming by bringing a snowball to Congress. I also proved the scientists wrong by noticing how cold it was last winter, and the FBI and fake news continues to try and discredit me also. It is time he is exonerated of this unwarranted punishment once and for all, very unfair!", exclaimed Trump in the first tweet at 2 A.M. Eastern time.
He followed with another tweet shortly thereafter, "Jim Inhofe is a great American who, like me, Dinesh D'Souza and Joe Arpaio, challenged the fake news to investigate the Barrack Hussein Obama birth certificate, he should be rewarded, not punished, I will release him soon".
When White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders was asked why Trump would want to pardon the senator, who is not currently charged with any crime, she explained that the move was a "bold preemptive strike against the tyranny of the leftists".
