The cult will follow ther usual pattern of hiring private investigators to follow them and to sue them in court for no reason

Clearly Criminal, FL Davey Makemerich, thuggish head of the Cult of Scamatology, announced through his mouthpiece, Karin Peowerless, that the new Hulu series, The Path, takes too much of its supposedly fictional story straight from the files of Scamatology.

"Anyone that has followed The Path can see that everything is just like Scamatology, but with a little different name, like a parody, if you know what I mean. They call our Bridge "The Ladder" which is actually what ours should have been called since you go up it, not across it like a bridge. So they also have the disconnection from friends and relatives like us, the quack drug rehab, and the indoctrination of youths just for starters.

"They have no right to use our tech!" spoke the cult leader. He vowed that all 56 of the cult members that were left would picket the Hulu studios, as soon as they can figure out where they are, since cult rules don't allow them to use the Internet.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
