President Obama has announced that his administration has coordinated with Sony to release their controversial comedy "The Interview" in selected theatres located in neighborhoods with high crime rates targeted for urban renewal across the nation including Compton California, East St. Louis and Broadstreet and Courtland in Detroit.
Obama explained "This is more than just freedom of speech and protecting American interests. We are more than a little bit hopeful that North Korea will follow through on their threats of retaliation for personally insulting their supreme leader Kim Jong Un. Any destruction taking place as result will jump-start urban renewal in these challenged neighborhoods saving the taxpayer untold numbers of dollars that can be used better elsewhere."
The President did not explain why his administration also has announced to North Korea that the The Interview will also be screened personally by executives of the Fox Network and speaker John Boener.
