The turkey, pardoned by President Barack Obama on Wednesday, has reportedly gone on a mass killing spree in what many are calling a 'Presidential Blunder'.
'Cheese', the national Thanksgiving turkey who was given a stay of execution by the President is said to be holed up with automatic weapons, bomb making equipment surrounded by SWAT teams and FBI agents in a barn near Fredericksburg Virginia.
The nearly 50-pound snow-white turkey who calmly accepted the president's pardon earlier this week as flashbulbs burst and officials looked on, has already shot dead several other turkeys.
The tradition, which the National Turkey Federation says has been around since President Harry Truman, has never before backfired on a President.
"Once again the president has shown a total lack of judgement", screamed one angry man "not only is he letting immigrants invade the country he is pardoning turkeys who then go out and kill American turkey's....once again another blunder."
This latest 'fowl' up has left the administration open for more 'roasting' with many claiming that the president is now 'stuffed'.
