WASHINGTON, DC - President Obama has called on Batman and Robin to fix climate change, comparing skeptics about man-made alterations to the environment to those who still believe that the earth is round.
In an address today to the Superheros National Convention, Mr. Obama delivered one of his feistiest critiques of Republicans who object to environmental regulations he's pushing that are aimed at classifying Carbon Dioxide as a pollutant.
Obama said rising temperatures, sea levels and intensifying storm patterns define "one of the most significant long-term challenges that may eventually wipe out East coast liberals."
Almost $1 trillion will be set aside for Batman and Robin to fix the climate. To allay fears of favoritism, some of the money will be available to the Joker and the Riddler.
