LOS ANGELES, CA - What do you do when your stock is at an all time high? Take the money and run. What if you don't have a buyer? Easy, just say racist comments on an "unauthorized" recording by your mistress, leak that to the press creating media uproar forcing the NBA to take action, banning you and, in effect, selling the team on your behalf, you get $2 billion dollars and can spend the last 3 years of your life hidden from the public eye. In other words, Donald Sterling is a genius.
The FBI has launched a probe into the Sterling debacle but at this point seems to have faltered.
