A San Francisco man and his dog do a pretty good business on the streets of San Francisco, one step ahead of PETA.

The man won't give his name as he may have to check out fast but he claims that the first few times he and Arnold who was also on the streets tried it, it might have hurt Arnold a bit but Arnold was doing it anyway and now he fakes it because he loves crowds and his bag of doggie treats.

Mr X was on the street a few years ago and 'this old dog, half starved come up to me and all I had to eat were some peaches I slipped out of a Bodegas so I gave him some. '

Apparently Arnold was so hungry that he wolfed down three peaches and felt better.

But later he got the shakes trying to pass the peach seeds.

Mr. X said it gave him an 'idee'.

He and Arnold started a street show where he would give Arnold all the peaches he wanted and when he started to shake, Mr X would yell, "Arnold, what would happen here if another earthquake hit and as the crowd gathered, Arnold began shaking.

Money tossed in a hat.

"We live good now. Arnold still loves peaches and is getting fat. I think he could pass a cucumber but when they laugh he starts shaking. We also move around a lot. I'm thinking about L.A. by the Fall!"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
