Bo, The White House Dog has announced that he will be Resigning effective at the end of April. It's another in a string of resignations to come from the Obama Administration and was not totally unexpected.
Bo,a Portuguese water dog was at the center of controversy almost since joining the administration and animosity toward the outspoken dog has only grown since then. A series of scandals, including doubts about his whereabouts during the Benghazi attacks, and his subsequent denial of involvement in Fast And Furryious, in which he was accused of supplying MilkBone Brand treats to unregistered water dogs, only added to the burdens of being a very visible member of Team Obama.
Although incredibly smart,for a dog, Bo sometimes seemed out of touch. When asked what he wanted to do after he leaves the white house,for instance,Bo suggested that he might go out to stud, apparently unaware that he had been fixed several years earlier.
