LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - A spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons has issued a stern warning to the American Public.
"It is getting darn right crowded in here," complains Warden Clarence Frapples. "You people need to start behaving and following the rules. Right now, the U.S. has a greater percentage of its population locked up than any other country in the world. If this keeps up, pretty soon there will be more people in prison than out."
According to Frapples, it costs $600 billion a year to house prisoners in the U.S.
"Each one of you could be having a vacation in Hawaii with the family using the tax money you would save, if you would just keep your noses clean," concluded Warden Frapples.
