WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama has just received word from the African country of Upper Shambutu that they will be more than glad to have Jutin Bieber sent to their country.
A representative of Upper Shambutu speaking in the capital city of Shizzleville stated that once Mr. Bieber lands in Upper Shambutu and spends just one hour in the African country he will wish he was back in the good old USA.
The Upper Shambutu government has informed President Obama that in their country the disruptive element known as Justin Bieber will be treated like a slave and he will wear a loincloth, alligator flip-flops, and jungle paint.
He will also spend most of his time trying to keep from becoming some jungle cannibal's dinner.
SIDENOTE: Upper Shambutu has told President Obama that if he sends Bieber to them right away they will gladly send him 3 giraffes, 2 rhinos, 1 hippo, and $800 in Upper Shambutu costume jewelry.
