The states have begun to step up to the plate as the federal government continues to become less adept at fighting the war on terror.
Colorado led the charge by legalizing marijuana for recreational use. This was followed by Washington state. The Washington State Police kicked off a rally, where they were astounded by the positive reaction to their publication "Mariwhatnow?". That first rally in Washington state was a resounding success--the police even ran out of Doritos in the first ten minutes in, thus showing that the Washingtonians were more than equal to the task.
It also goes to show that anyone who has a joint is likely to feel anything remotely like terror, thus a win against terror is hands down, at least in these two states.
