DALLAS, TX.--Fry Chef Cohones L. O'Reilly was the Big Tex Fried Food Award winner at this year's Texas State Fair, but hardly any Texans were there to appreciate O'Reilly's deep-fried award-winning entry.

O'Reilly deep-fried the state of Texas in a beer batter made from Pabst Blue Ribbon. Said the one judge who figured out what O'Reilly was up to and managed to escape before O'Reilly could throw him into the deep fryer: "It wasn't bad. Not quite as tasty as the deep-fried Triple Heifer Burger with Extra Bacon and Four Pounds of Onion Rings, but it was filling. I'd give it about a six."

The judge, however, was not able to finish off O'Reilly's award-winning delicacy, having to stop eating about halfway through the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Paula Deen finished off the rest of the state, including Austin, which the portly chef found a little stringy.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
