FRANKFORT, Kentucky - The Kentucky State Senate has just voted on a bill that has been hailed as one of the greatest bills to ever be approved in the history of the state.
State Senator Audrey Fayella Prissprinti, 49, [R-Paducah], stated that it is a great day in the state that is the home to the world famous Kentucky Derby.
Senator Prissprinti, who recently got engaged to a Kentucky horseshoe salesman, was brimming with pride as she said that the vote to ban upskirt photos of Britney Spears passed by a vote of 31-7.
The senator from Paducah explained that Britney Spears upskirt photos tend to be extremely explicit in nature and are not suitable for young children, elderly women, or immature males.
She noted that the seven senators who voted against the bill are all older males, who are all single, and who stated for the record that they think that Ms. Spears is one of the sexiest looking females in the entire country.
Senator Prissprinti pointed out that she was surprised at one of the senators who voted against the ban since he is rumored to be gay.
Fitzwater Ribicoff with American Spotlight Magazine asked Prissprinti to name the senator who is rumored to be gay but she declined to say sighting Kentucky's century old The Right Not To Disclose Act.
[EDITOR'S NOTE: I called up Larry King, co-host of The Viagra View, and I asked him for the alleged gay senator's name and he informed me that his name is Rutherford "Cottonballs" Lindilippy, III.]
