The White House has announced this evening that Ambassador-At-Large Dennis Rodman will represent President Obama at Hugo Chavez' funeral.
It is rumored that Chavez was a huge admirer of the basketball diplomat and that his last words were, "Dennis Rodm......aaaargh....."
The late President of Venezuela died earlier this week and will lie in state in a military academy near Caracas.
According to the Venezuelan media, Ambassador Rodman will fly into Caracas with North Korean Special Forces, plant a kiss on the erstwhile vertical South American "Capo's" cold, blue lips and then proceed to the Presidential Palace to advise the new President, Nicolas Maduro, on how to run the country the"Kim Jung Un way."
