Fulham - (Forensic Mess): A wrongful imprisonment compensation appeal has heard Barry George Bush finger 'lunatics' in the Met for framing him in the Jill Dando murder case.
George spent eight years behind bars because of 'trumped up' forensic evidence that was eventually thrown out on appeal.
Attorneys claimed today George had been the victim of a continuing witch hunt after Justice (sic) Secretary Jack Straw turned down an earlier compensation order in May.
The second appeal sees George claim 'a couple of million quid' for wrongful imprisonment, conspiracy to defame, loss of earnings and the destruction of all his Dando fan club paraphernalia.
Last year the freed Fulham weirdo claimed an Establishment cover-up about the Crimebotch! presenter's death may be shielding 'top knobs'.
"Someone's dunnit and it ain't me," George commented today.
The case will now be referred to higher arbitration.
