London - (Fishy Tales): A dead letter drop inside the Worshipful Company of Fishmongers' Red Snappa & Papa Ratzi flagship store may have lead to Kelly's outing, intelligence sources have warned.

The former UN WMD inspector was under covert surveillance by microscopic cameras installed in the eyeballs of Annigoni's first portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.

This hangs in the City of London's Fishmongers Hall whose Liverymen include the Duke of Edinburgh and the Prince of Whales.

Kelly was said to be fascinated by the royal picture and once joked with BBC WMD journo Andrew Gilligan that the eyes in the picture 'were following him about'.

The revelations come as Lord Hutton's 70 year gagging order about the WMD inspector's death teeters close to collapse.

Analysis of samples from Kelly's Harrowdown Hill death spot by the UK National Poissons (sic) Unit have also matched DNA positive for Hellfire Club paterfamilias Prince Philip.

"It was a very fishy scam alright," wannabe Liveryman Dave Haddock commented today.

"Anyone fancy a cockle?"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
