Police in England heard about the Dutch police sending out decoy 'Jews', decoy 'gays' and decoy 'prostitutes' in an effort to catch their 'persecutors' in the act.
Now, English police agencies are sending out decoy 'teachers' as they receive regular complaints from teachers who are harassed on a daily basis, especially about the number of holidays they get. Which, incidentally, are techinically 'unpaid'.
Decoys are armed with tape-recorders and lined paper, plus HB pencils. After taping the verbal harassment, decoys give out lined paper and HB pencils to the culprits. The culprits then have to write 'lines' and a letter of apology to the Ministry of Education.
They are then given letters of application to fill in, to attend Teachers' Colleges and qualify to teach in State Schools, IF THEY DO INDEED ENVY TEACHERS THAT MUCH.
Results of this new approach to 'teacher harassment' and 'teacher bashing, will be released in the near futre.
