Derek Acorah is set to run his own restaurant in the Rojales district in Spain.
Called Viloriens he has been visiting the restaurant for nearly two decades, and on hearing that it was too close, he stepped in and bought the concern outright.
"Mr Acorah couldn't stand by and watch his favourite restaurant just close," said a close personal friend of the superstar psychic. "The restaurant was quite expensive, but as this was a good cause, Mr Acorah asked the spirits for the Thunderball numbers, and used the winnings to buy the restaurant and retain the staff. He could have been greedy and asked for the Euro Millions, but Mr Acorah had vowed never to use his gift to fund ill gotten gains."
The head chef at Viloriens, Dan Le Soupe will be retained as Acorah believes that Le Soupe's profiteroles cannot be beaten. Acorah also believes that Le Soupe is possessed by Isaac Hayes, the dead soul singer who famously voiced The Chef in Southpark, due to his ability to belt out the Theme from Shaft while cooking, and his chocolate salty balls are to die for.
Acorah always visits Viloriens when he visits his holiday home in Rojales. Not just for the food, but also for the ambiance. The spirit of Michaelangelo and Raphael are said to reside within those walls, although it is unclear as to whether or not the other two ninja turtles are present.
