On advice from Simon Cowell, Susan Boyle is contemplating a full body transplant in what would be a ground breaking surgical procedure.
"There is only so much traditional plastic surgery can achieve" stated Cowell. "We've given it teeth and new skin but there are limits to what more we can do."
Ironically, a likely venue for the operation could be the Dignitas Clinic in Switzerland where healthy people flock to have themselves put down.
Dr Ludwig Minelli, chairman of controversial business group 'The Redeadening' stated "If 'clients' carry a donor card, this allows us to inject an embalming fluid along with the termination chemicals which keeps their bodies fresh for up to 2 weeks. We also have a waiting list of patients from Northern Ireland which should match the skin colour very well."
'10yrs younger' presenter Gok Wan gave his blessing to the project joking "This could put me out of a job".
