An air-sea chopper had to drag Farage from the stricken ferry

New York - (Portents): On Thursday he made a bit of a public exhibition of himself with a kamikaze plane stunt in Karen Hinton-in-the-Hedges, Beds.

And today UKIP Parliamentary wannabe Nigel Farage had to be dragged off the Staten Island Ferry which some reckon he was trying to commandeer.

Witness reports have stated Farage had to be dragged off kicking and screaming after the Andrew J Barberi boat crashed into the St George, Staten Island terminus.

It was a copycat disaster to the Barberi's 2003 prang which saw 11 killed and scores injured.

The British politician has been beset by all kinds of disasters ever since someone commented in 2008 on his uncanny likeness to Russian President Dim-Eatery Medvedev.

"Well at least he wasn't onboard that Tupolev T-114 which wiped out Poland's President Kaczynski and half the cabinet," a grateful UKIP supporter said today.

Some reckon today's ominous ferry crash is typical of the current astrological make-up.

Lord Hurd of Cowes is 97.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
