Following the release of the latest annual increase in pre-teen and teenage pregnancies, Les Byon, spokeswoman for the Teenage Pregnancy Reduction Unit blamed Gordon Brown for the increase.
"It's his fault.", Ms Byon said, "He got them pregnant. Labour Party policies on benefits and housing reward and encourage these poor defenceless girls for getting pregnant by prioritising them for council housing and giving them £130/week for the first child, then £70/week for each subsequent child, no questions asked."
Ms Byon made some suggestions,"Segregation is the answer. Keep boys and girls so far apart that they cannot have sex. that will stop the nonsense."
Ms Byon also recommended that girls be taught the benefits of being a lesbian and that all boys are violent rapists and paedophiles, but our reporter reminded her that that was already in the compulsory part of the national curriculum anyway.
We look forward to the post-election announcement on education to see if Ms Byon's ideas are taken up by the winning party.
