The Boring BBC is raising the TV license fee again to £145.50 in the age of satellite television when there are hundreds of thousands of people who don't give a rats arse about BBC TV programmes.
John Stewart of Edinburgh is wanting everyone to organise petitions to completely scrap the BBC rip off license scheme.
"In America they don't pay a license to watch television so why the hell do we still have this here."
In a poll done among the Public 90% of people are calling for it to be scrapped, so what they should do is not just say it tell them were to stick their license fee.
