Roxy Music frontman Brian Ferry has gone missing. He was last seen standing close to a large silver helium filled balloon at a party thrown by Elton John. The pintsized piano basher said "It's all so awful. One minute Brian was showing off his new Marks and Spencer suit, the next he was gone. I hope he is ok."
Another party guest, David Bowie, believes that Ferry was tangled up in the balloon as it broke free. "He's with Major Tom now. It's gonna be a long, long time before he comes back down."
Ferry has been a big hit on the celebrity party circuit with his sharp suits and his witty repartee. He recently attended Windsor Castle where he was a big success. Now he is thought to be heading towards the atlantic. He was last seen over Roscommon, Ireland, by two men who were busy wrestling with a sheep.
