image for Prisoners to be sent to Helmand

Violent prisoners have to be removed from jails in the UK and used as soldiers in Helmand province in Afghanistan on the front line. All those that have been convicted of GBH or murder have to be enlisted in the scheme which will substantially reduce the numbers in jails in the meantime.

David Finlay, a human rights activist, however, has leapt to their defence saying it is not right to send these men to a place like this it would be hell for them.

They would miss their free room and three meals a day with no tax to pay and they might get killed.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
