Oxfordshire PCT announced today that the organisation has found its morals that it had lost some time ago. The lost morals were said to have been kept on a Pound Stretcher USB stick which was lost when left in the back of a black cab some years back.
The NHS trusts morals were found when the cabby took the stick into a local newspaper early this morning. It is now thought that with its morality back that Oxfordshire PCT would be able now to stop screwing over Oxfordshire taxpayers and give Oxonians the health service that they deserve.
It is also believed that Oxfordshire PCT will now have a conscience just like normal everyday human beings and actually provide treatment that will benefit the whole population of Oxfordshire without discrimination.
Nobody was available at Oxfordshire PCT this afternoon to comment; however Ljuba Stirzaker did offer her trademark 'don't give a shit shrug' to reporters.
