In a bad month for the Royal Family Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and Wales and future Queen, has become involved in a race row.
In a move which surely be greeted with dismay by Prince Charles, she has refused to award the prizes for the "three-legged race" at Highgrove Infants Sports Day near to her home. Although this is a job which Camilla has enjoyed for the last three years, she has this year said she is "not available due to prior commitments" (believed to be the opening of a dialisis unit in Edinburgh) but the mothers of the School's four-year-olds are furious.
"It's only once a year, and Jocasta so looks forward to it. She will be very disappointed," said one.
