The foreign minister of the United Kingdom, David Milliband faced down the Russian bear cub from the relative safety of the Ukraine while Georgia is what's really on the mind of baby bear Putin. Milliband dined on Chickenhawk Kiev in the Ukrainian capital while Russian troops still swarmed all over Georgia and its rebellious nether regions.
