Jeremy Clarkson has admitted today, that he never passed his driver's test. The broadcaster and TV presenter, from Oxfordshire, told the press this morning, that he failed his exam.
He first took his test in 1991, when he was 31. He had already been presenting BBC Top Gear, for three years.
The now 47 year old, has been sacked by BBC bosses, but Clarkson still believes he can drive on the show again, "I have presented Top Gear for many years now, and surely this minor incident shouldn't ruin it for Hamster and Captain Slow".
Richard Hammond had this to say, "I always knew I was the better driver, and now I'm right!"
Top Gear, which is supposed to be on air again in May, will not be presented by Clarkson, but by Terry Wogan, a lap veteran.
