Vicious goth band Sick Hell Death have caused numerous fans irreparable damage to their eardrums.
In the hour long concert held at Leeds Cockpit last night, over half of the audience were taken to the city hospital with blood gushing from their ears.
Witnesses say most of the damage was done during a particularly long and screeching guitar solo.
"People were collapsing all around me" says Sick Hell Death fan Nigel "but the band were dead good so i stood on them for a better view."
Doctor Swan who tended to several of the casualties commented that in all his years of rock he had never seen anything like it.
"This never happened in my day. Bands nowadays should come with a health warning. I got blood all over my nice new coat. It's just not on."
Unofficial sources say the concert measured 9.4 on the Richter Scale.
