Following months of wrangling between international adoption agencies, a young girl known only as "Sharia" from a war torn country has been adopted by a family from Manchester in the north of England.
Her prospective parents Denis and Dane, who wish to remain anonymous, are said to be overjoyed by the latest addition to their already over extended family and proud that she has decided to adopt their family surname.
"Our other 25 children can't wait to meet her and call her every rude name under the sun, especially if it's racist," claimed her overweight prospective foster mother Dane. She went on to add, "Our Denis has been overwhelmed at at the support we've been getting from around the country too."
When asked to elaborate about the type of support the Law family had received her husband Denis shouted somewhat incoherently from the armchair in front of the telly "Income support and Child support y'bloody fool"
The hectic and sometimes stressful lifestyles of the Law family was brought into sharp focus however when Mrs Law was seen by our reporter running for a Taxi "Sorry love I'm late for Bingo, you couldn't keep an eye on him and make sure pigeons get fed only he normally falls asleep and wees himself before lottery results come on telly"
