Umbria, Italy (Reuterus) - Despite the heavy industry "buzz" surrounding The Spoof! motion picture project, veteran cinema director and Monty Python alumnus Terry Gilliam predicts that the film will end up being nothing more than an art house flop.
"Many of my best films have been flops," he said. "Why should yours be any different?"
No stranger to production problems nor Hollywood, Gilliam most recently turned down directing 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince'.
"Are you kidding?" he continued. "Even if I was offered an unlimited budget, I would not touch the project with a ten-foot-pole. Unless, of course, we did an all-animated version. Then we would not be selling out."
