The latest report published by the Institute of Womb Studies (IWS) suggests that hooded youths are more likely to come from backgrounds where motherly love was either not available or not sufficient.
It goes on to say that these hoodies are "attempting to recreate the warmth and love felt while inside the womb, by wrapping them selves up in their hoodies". The report suggests that comments made by David Cameron that we should "hug a hoody" are correct. Following the publication of the report Mr Cameron was quick to say "I told you so!"
An IWS spokesman welcomed the "hug a hoody" policy adopted by the Tories but warned that "while hugging a hoody is a great idea, to reduce the likelihood of being stabbed or mugged we would not recommend you turn your back on them".
