Yesterday passers by found a woman lying on the ground with what they thought was blood.
Tracy Adams was waiting for the bus on her way to work outside the Queen Elizabeth II Kebab shop in High Road SW London, where a temporary bus stop was placed. At around 8:30 she was joined by Robert Thomas who eventually started conversation with Adams.
"One minute we were both standing there like lemons the next we were chatting away", the fragile Tracy said.
"He seemed a nice enough bloke and harmless, considering he was dressed as a vicar"
Things seemed perfectly normal for Ms Adams as she politely joined in conversation with the religious Mr Thomas.
"We started talking about public transport and how rubbish it is basically. He then started talking about Jesus, but I was busy keeping an eye out for the bus to pay any real attention to him"
Next Ms Adams began to break down in tears as she continued telling CCN of the incident.
"About mid conversation it started to rain. Next minute it p***sed down"
As she said this it surprisingly started to again.
"As soon as I started to get wet I opened up my umbrella. Mr Thomas just stood there getting soaked. Next thing I know he turns round to me and grabs my umbrella and starts whacking me with it. He shouted in between whacks, "You stupid woman it is your fault it is raining! You are the Devil! You have totally messed up my hair and my washing schedule, you stupid, stupid woman you! To hell will you!"
At which point Ms Adams said she fell to the ground dropping both her bag and Ribena, which she had not long opened and what the passers by thought was her blood.
Police quickly arrived at the scene to find Ms Adams on the ground. They also quickly found Mr Thomas who was up the road at the next replacement bus stop.
Police say that Mr Thomas is being held for questioning and has been forced never dress as a Father Damien Karras from The Exorcist again.
