The first of a series of hyperlinked geostationary Welsh speed traps was positioned by a Russian Soyuz Rocket yesterday. The "Sentinel" global orbit Police radar speed cameras will supplement the sneaky Welsh Speed traps which provide most people's Welcome to Wales fine and licence points. The satellites will have to be painted yellow to comply with E.U. regulations.
Thousands of ground based speed cameras are already positioned all over Wales and are as common as empty cans of Brains' Bitter on the streets. The new E.U. funded Sentinel rural speed traps will provide enough income for Wales from fines to build ten new reservoirs to keep up with thirsty Londoners' avaricious water consumption.
The Sentinel satellites will also transmit 30 new Welsh Language Sky T.V channels providing a myriad of Welsh Soap Serials almost all featuring the unmissable adventyrea of 3 families, a Land Rover and a flock of sheep.
