The view from inside.....prison

Liberal Democrat Chris Huhne is to resign after he was totally buuusted making a massive u-turn over a driving offence.

Initially Huhne was adamant of his innocence, nobly arguing it was infact his then wife who had accrued the speeding points. He did this mostly by shaking his head and smiling wryly whilst saying "the old ex wife ay."

He pled guilty at the trials beginning however and now faces prosecution from his ex wife in question over 'marital coercion', or 'getting the missus to take the blame.'

That means Huhne faces charges over perverting the course of justice, marital coercion and of course the original speeding charge. Or to put it another way, Chris Huhne is going to jail.

On the plus side for Huhne he will gain first hand experience and knowledge of the prison system, ironic given his aspirations of being Justice Minister.

And in another chink of light within a dark cave at nighttime for a blind dude, party leader Nick Clegg is said to be hugely impressed by Huhne's ability to say one thing and then go ahead and do the exact opposite. "He's almost eclipsed my tuition fees brilliance. But seriously he is a man of conviction, though granted now also a man with a conviction."

Indeed the Right Honourable Chris Huhne looks set to be left with no choice but to acquaint himself with a large, sexually confused, tattooed guy called Butch. Probably.

Meanwhile Huhne also denied claims he used his frail mother as a human shield when leaving a restaraunt as a car backfired.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
