Fresh from his exertions against Stoke City and long throw-up expert Rory Delap, Javier Hernandez, also known as Chicharito - the little pea - popped up out of his pod again at Old Trafford last night to bag the winner for Manchester United as the Red Devils danced with Wolves in their Carling Cup Fourth Round tie.
Also on the scoresheet in the 3-2 victory was United's rising Portuguese star, Bebe.
As was South Korean midfielder, Ji Sung Park, who last year famously denied ever having tasted Alsatian Bourgignon.
Plucky (an overused term which usually defines 'had a go but couldn't really cut the mustard when push came to shove) Wolves had earlier bounced back on two occasions from being a goal down, with equalisers from Elokobi and Foley.
But it was Hernandez - Cicharito - who stole the show with a 90th minute goal thanks to a somewhat fortunate deflection after some nice interplay with Park. It was harsh on Wolves, as Hunt clipped the crossbar in a late raid on the United goal. Wolves manager Mick McCarthy was understandably aggrieved.
"I were reet mithered wi' that result," said the jovial Irishman. "We come here, we gorrat 'em, and nah we're gooin' 'ome wit tail dahn between t legs. It were never reet that result."
Diehard Wolves fan Ellis Brichard, of Bromley, Kent, agreed with the Wolves boss's appraisal of the tie.
"Nightmare. Mmmmm, I smell donuts..." he said.
More as we get it.
