At seven different times this NBA offseason, Barack Obama has made his wishes known that he wants Cleveland Cavelier's star LeBron James to play for his Chicago Bulls. When James announced his decision to play next season for the Miami Heat, the President issued a veto.
By law, James will need a 2/3 majority in both houses of Congress (the Senate and House of Representatives) to override that veto and go to play on South Beach with the Heat. As the Congress always votes with their Fuhrer, and the Bulls, Cavaliers, and other teams don't like his decision, it is doubted that LeBron can get the votes.
In addition, Presidential Order #2010-1 has stated that LeBron James has been drafted into the military and has been ordered to report for service with the Chicago Bulls. The length of his enlistment will be for ten seasons, and his M.O.S. has been assigned as Basketball MVP, First Class.
If James refuses to comply and becomes a draft dodger, he can always play for a lot less money in Europe.
Oprah Winfrey, who also lives in Chicago and is a Bulls fan (and is shaped like a basketball), approved this story.
