On to the Masters.

Augusta. Georgia. Tiger Woods was spotted today playing a practice round on the Pillock Mounds at the Masters home course. A reputable caddy-source reported that the Tiger was a little rusty on the front nine but shot a thirty one on the back nine, finishing with an okay sixty seven.

Els and Michelson will be breathing down Tiger's approach shot with that kind of performance during the big competition.

In an effort to quell the media frenzy and preoccupation below Tiger's belt the stuffy-old-Augusta-guys have issued a reminder in a golf press announcement:

"…. it should be remembered that the purpose of the big event is for the sake of golf the sport not golf the biological calling".

And the old dudes are right. Golf is Tiger's thing, and where his thing has been is his business. Real golf fans want to see more of those lily leaf shots not more of Lilly the PGA secretary. Well except for the Girls of Golf Playboy edition featuring Lilly on the Green with 5-iron.

The stuffy-old-Augusta-guys closed their long winded announcement with a meaningful comment: "As tee time approaches watch where Tiger Wood's putter is going not where it has been".

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
