An Algerian footballer called Mr Kamel Ghilas has joined to play for the English Football Premier League team Hull City. The news was reported on Agence France-Presse today.
Mr Ghilas is 25 years old and is the first Algerian player to play for Hull City who are known as The Tigers. But they are not very good.
Last season they actually nearly dropped out of the top group because they were absolutely terrible after the Christmas holiday.
Before that they were quite good but after it they were ludicrous.
In one game at Manchester City - (Arabic owners) Hull City manager Mr Phil Brown became extremely angry with the players on the pitch at the halftime.
He became very stern with them and gave them some admonishment. Everyone was stunned.
Hull City have another player called Kamil Zayatte but he is not Algerian.
Today Mr Phil Brown told his team that if Mr Ghilas played for their team they could win the Premier League.
But this was a lie.
Mr Ghilas is good but not that good.
