Some runners running.

Disgraced sprinter Dwain Chambers was at the centre of a storm when it was revealed he had been caught speeding.

"It wasn't the fact he was 10 miles an hour over the 30 mph limit that aroused suspicion, it was the fact he was on foot at the time." Said constable Hugh R Nicked.

Dwain Chambers was caught by a traffic camera running alongside the A10 Great Cambridge Road in Enfield although his lawyer hotly disputes the claim.

David Judgenjury QC said. "The image is not all that clear so you can't be sure that it was Mr Chambers. Not only that, you can quite clearly see a speeding car in the road passing my client."

Our resident scientist professor Hugh Jarse has examined the footage carefully and commented "The moving image from the traffic camera shows an unknown gentleman jogging along the A10 and the speed camera image must have been triggered by a passing car."

When constable Hugh R Nicked was presented with our findings he refused to comment however we overheard him saying "bugger it, I'll get him next time."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
