Arsenal have received a massive boost with the return to training of their captain Cesc Fabregas after a serious spitting injury.
The Spanish midfielder has been out of action since rupturing his tonsils when clearing his throat gainst Liverpool in December.
Fabregas didn't play in Tuesday's FA Cup victory over Hull, but showed his fitness by spitting at the feet of Tigers assistant manager Brian Horton in the tunnel after the game.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger confirmed that the 21-year-old had joined in with training but is still some weeks away from a return to first-team gobbing.
"It is the first time training for Cesc," said Wenger with characteristically-poor grammar. "He is physically fit, but he needs a few sessions of spitting before he can really get back to full gollying."
