Sir Alex is a dab hand with a computer

Manchester United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, is under investigation tonight, after sending an email containing a virus to the official Real Madrid website, which subsequently crashed.

Ferguson had reacted angrily yesterday, at questions regarding transfer speculation linking United's Cristiano Ronaldo with a move to the Spanish giants. Sir Alex rejected the rumours, saying:

"Send them Ronaldo? I'll send them a virus!"

Later, Ferguson had apparently calmed somewhat, when he sent Real president, Ramon Calderon a conciliatory email using the official Real Madrid website, but soon after, the entire site crashed, and has remained offline ever since.

This evening, police in Manchester say they will await the return of Sir Alex from Japan, where he is currently hoping his team can overcome Ecuador's Liga de Quito, to win the Fifa World Club Cup on Sunday.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
