Kaka waits for some swaps

There was great excitement at Eastlands this morning, when it became known that Kaka, the Brazilian star, had told journalists that he would "swap AC Milan for Manchester City any day!"

Kaka, real name Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, was speaking last night after his side had scrambled a late equaliser in their 2-2 draw with Portsmouth in the UEFA Cup at Fratton Park.

A enthusiastic collector of football cards since he was only 3 years old, Kaka said he had "at least 15 AC Milan cards" but had not, as yet, managed to obtain a single Man City card.

He told reporters:

"I have collected these useless cards for years, and have always got the top clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Liverpool and, of course, the biggest club, Manchester United, but never Manchester City.

"I would swap AC Milan for Man City any day!"

City manager Mark Hughes' sphincter twitched, but he said nothing.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
