He's mad...about football!

It has come to light that a new buyer has bid for Liverpool football club.

The controversy surrounding Liverpool and their owners, Tom Hicks and George Gillett, has taken a new and dramatic twist as the new bidder is said to be Osama Bin Laden the most wanted man in the world.

A spokesmen for Osama told the Liverpool Echo: "Osama has always been interested in owning a football club especially Liverpool."

Osama is believed to be outraged at how the American owners have treated Liverpool and their supporters.

Osama Bin Laden is also believed to be planning to buy out Everton FC and build them a new ground in Kabul, Iraq. Everton's new ground could also be a training ground for al-Qaeda. The government is embracing the move as a positive move for multiculturism.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
