NEW YORK CITY - Sporting Chance Magazine is reporting that the owner of Moscow's professional football team The Black Storm has offered Tim Tebow $1 million to play in two games.
Black Storm owner Mikhail Zaltsman told SCM's Hercules Confetti that he had made the offer because he likes the tremendous work ethic that Tebow has.
He also pointed out that Tebow has a tremendous female following in Russia and he is now more popular than American celebrities such as Dancing With The Stars pro Derek Hough, singer Harry Connick, Jr., NBA star Dirk Nowitzki, and actor Brad Pitt.
Tim apparently rejected the offer saying that the money sounds great but adding that Moscow is just so gosh darn far away.
The former Denver Broncos and New York Jets quarterback also said that he is allergic to vodka and even though he does not drink he breaks out in hives whenever he gets within 15 feet of a glass of vodka or an open bottle of vodka.
SIDENOTE: Mikhail Zaltsman was needless to say disappointed but he has stated that he may make the same offer to Brett Favre who is available and who hopefully is not allergic to vodka.
