A Solar Powered car has been invented in the USA. The inventor however Carl Carson has disappeared fearing for his life.A neighbour John McCarthy claims that Mr Carson has had threatening letters phone calls and emails all because he has invented something that can benefit mankind.
Mr McCarthy has been on a test run in the car and claims it can reach speeds of up to 100 mph.
The car has a small panel at the back that converts heat and light from the sun into power that drives the car. The major oil companies are not to happy about this however because they stand to lose multi millions every year if this car is mass produced.
The good point about this car is it could lead to the end of the planet polluting petrol driven car.
