Bush spokesperson, Hugh Genics told TheSpoof.com that there are times when we must do the good we can do if the good we ought to do is just not possible:
"We must try to prevent unwanted pregnancies and when that fails we should try to prevent doomed lives and when those impossible lives are already in the world we must mercifully provide them with a good death."
